Justin joined the The Park as Director of Coaching in November of 2022. Coming from Atlanta, he has earned numerous awards from his time in Georgia including the 2020 Georgia PGA North Chapter Teacher of the Year, the 2021 Georgia PGA Player Development Award, and being named a US Kids Top 50 instructor. As Class A PGA Member, he is a three-time recipient of the GRAA Top 100 Growth of Game Teaching Professional Award. Focusing on the needs of the athlete, Coach Justin believes that each person has a specific blueprint that allows them to enjoy the game, have fun, and most importantly, stay healthy. He and his team look forward to being of service to your game.
Scottie Frisina
Assistant Golf Professional
Growing up in Corry, Pennsylvania, Scottie began playing golf at the age of 6 and won his first competitive tournament at 9 years old. During high school he played baseball, basketball, and football. In 2015, Scottie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford with a Sports Management degree and as a three-year starter on the baseball team. Before coming to The Park, Scottie worked as the Assistant and Head Golf Professional at Plantation Preserve in Plantation, Florida where as a PGA Associate he provided individual and group lessons to local players.
Clay Myers
Head Golf Professional
Clay started playing golf at the age of 8 with his father. Growing up, Clay was involved in the First Tee of Memphis while playing on his high school golf team. Clay played collegiate golf on Jackson State University’s golf team, winning 3 times and being named SWAC Player of the Year. Upon graduation Clay played golf professionally full time, playing events all over the world. Clay was casted on Big Break- The Palm Beaches, FL, Holey Moley, and several golf commercials.
Before becoming a Class A PGA member Clay taught and mentored many kids through The First Tee of Dallas, as well as adults and women as an Assistant Golf Professional at Cedar Crest Golf Course, Irving Golf Club and Prestonwood Country Club. At The Park, Clay plans to teach the community the basics and fundamentals of the golf swing, how to increase their flexibility and distance, and how to prepare for tournament golf. He also wants to mentor kids on what it takes to be a professional golfer. As the “Ambassador of Fun” at “The Park,” Clay’s hope is that everyone will enjoy the game of golf as much as he does.
Bridget Ackley
Junior Golf Leader
Bridget Ackley is Class A PGA Member from Brookfield, WI. She has built a teaching career around coaching all levels of golfers but specializes in junior golf. She takes a holistic, whole child coaching approach, providing a culture for all to feel welcomed, encouraged, and engaged in an environment for all to thrive. Her ability to connect with juniors of all ages has earned her recognition as one of the top junior golf coaches.
Coach Bridget is a U.S. Kids Golf Level 2 Certified Coach, U.S. Kids Top 50 Coach, three-time GRAA Top 100 Growth of the Game Teaching Professional and honored with the 2021 South Florida PGA Section Youth Player Development Award. Coach Bridget is dedicated to helping students achieve their goals for better game enjoyment.
Gabriella Riviera
Assistant Golf Professional
Born and raised on the island of Puerto Rico, Gabriella started playing the game of golf at 10 years old. She played on the Caroline County High School Boys’ Varsity team, where she was a starter during her four years. Gabriella continued her career at Chowan University in North Carolina, during which she was named team captain during her Junior and Senior years. Bilingual, Gabriella is a PGA Associate, as well as PGA.Coach and ADM certified. Her goal is to make the game as simple, and fun filled as possible while teaching life lessons and self-values.
